Hello,
I have developed my own evaluation Board for the STWLC98 Chip. When connecting the power suplly, the DC-Mode, which is on the IC when it is delivered, works in a correct way. But when I want to program the IC with the following firmware from the ST Website:
STEVAL-WLC98RX_config_2C00.memh
STEVAL-WLC98RX_nvmpatch_1454.memh
I get the following errors, when the programming status bar reaches 100%:
Config Id Mismatch! file/chip: 0x2C00/0x1000
Wrong config id 0x1000 and patch id 0x0000 for RX
Where can I find the right Firmware or do you have any solutions for me?
Thank You
Simon

I have found the problem. The Output Voltage of the ft260 was 3.2V but the STWLC98 only supports 1.8V.
Thank you for the answers.

Hi Simon
Seems your evaluation Board have some i2c issues,
do you change anything from EVK sch board?
Does chip I2C pins well welding?
Also you can use this tool "wlc_ft260_Recovery.7z" to erase chips.

If you can show GUI log to us, it will be better.

Hi Will
The schematic is the same.
The I2C Chip seems to be welded well.
The wlc_ft260_Recovery tools works fine.
But there is still the same problem when loading the firmware to the board
I have sent you the txt log file via private message.
