Enquiring under-voltage lockout in Smart On/Off controller

I am planning to use a smart On/Off controller in my circuit. I have came across STM6601 (smart push button On/Off controller) which matches my requirements. The under-voltage Lockout seems to be done by comparing the input voltage with the internally generated voltage Vth. From the datasheet (page no - 48), I have seen that the value of Vth varies in different packages. My requirement is to detect the under-voltage at 2.8V in the same type of chip (with all the features available in STM6601). But the available chip's under-voltage is at either 2.5V or 3.1V.

It will be very helpful for me, if I get answer for the following questions:

1. Is there an existing chip/ solution for detecting the under-voltage exactly at 2.8V? If there, kindly provide me the details?
2. If there is no available solution, is there any options to customize the chip to detect the under-voltage at 2.8V?

You have misunderstood the data sheet of the STM6601: the value of Vth does not vary with different packages, but with the letter given in table 9 of the data sheet - the letter A stands for the 2.5V you mentioned.

In this table 9, input and output types are also labelled with footnote 1:

Other options are offered. Minimum order quantities may apply. Please contact local ST sales office for availability.

Accordingly, a VTH of 2.8V is indeed possible, but only with a correspondingly large order quantity. Unfortunately, there are no other options.
