Good morning sir
Have a nice day
Pls identify the components name .I don't identify the components name .
I m trying to various type of search tools to identify the components.
Check Multimeter probe negative and Postive side show value in 239.
This component fix in delta drive C2000 ,37 kw drive . The components name mentioned in JK.
JK mention onto the components

The marking JK likely indicates BAT46WJ as @Peter BENSCH said up above. SMA30A is a different part. I would not expect them to behave the same.

Jk name mentioned and five parallel lines (polarity?).

The marking JK probably stands for the Schottky diode BAT46WJ (not produced by STMicroelectronics).
Hope that helps?
Good luck!

Peter thankyou so much your response. But I have a question. Why are there 5 parallel lines above the JK components? What does this mean? Please reply.

I can barely understand your descriptions.
What parallel lines? The silk screen markings?
The Fat Line on the left side might be indicative of the orientation for a diode.
You mentioned a multimeter reading but provided no units.
If it's a diode check for direction of conduction.
Perhaps check with the manufacturer for a schematic
You have a scrap board you can pull viable parts from?
Got something bigger and infocus that shows any markings on the part itself?

The 4 parallel laser lines are more of a manufacturers mark and the cathode.
SMAJ30A

Thanks for your reply.Sir, I had purchased TVs SMA30A unidirectional from the market. And when I checked its value with a multimeter, it was showing 686 in continuity mode. And the value of the components installed in the board is showing value 231 in continuity mode.for your reference pic attached but not same because the marking in JK not 5.but 5 parallel line are same .
