After step 12 in Sec. 7.2.3 of the user manual, I set the path by selecting ''Tools->Option->Toolset''. Then I selected ''Cosmic'' in Project Settings. It looked just like your attached bitmaps.
*In my previous attempts, I tried to set the path in only the Project Settings box. As you suggested, it should be done from the Tools menu. After I set the path in Tools, I received a warning that one of the supported toolpaths was not specified. I assumed it was refering to Metrowerks and ignored it.
Selecting ''Build'' created a 9KB, S19 file in the Release folder. It programs and works.
