Hello

I am totally new to st7. what AN describes st7 registers ? what should I read more ? What tool set is better: Metrowerks or Cosmic ? Thanks Oren

registers are explained in datasheets. which device do you use ?

if you need info about some specific peripheral you can see some AN on peripherals but not abt registers. both tools are good.

Thanks a lot. When I meant registers, I meant actually CC register description. I don't find PDF about the assembly. I found in one of the on-line courses, explanation about the CC. Oren :)

http://www.st.com/stonline/products/literature/pm/4020.htm which is the final thing I was needed (ST7 FAMILY PROGRAMMING MANUAL) Thaks a lot Oren BTW - does anybody knows something about the overlap feature of Metrowerks ? Is it the same in Cosmic ? (I meanis it a ganeric feature of st7, or just feature of metrowerks ?) Oren
