I'm using Asset-Intertech Scanworks 3.3 to BS test a board with an STPC Elite in the scan chain. Scanworks reports several errors in the STPC BSDL file from this site and won't compile my test. I've attached the Scanworks report text. Is there an updated BSDL file, or perhaps a known problem with Scanworks? Any help appreciated.

Update:

I've done some investigation with the help of my local Asset-Intertech support engineer (highly recommended, btw). The syntax errors have been resolved by changing the IEEE1149.1 declaration in the BSDL file from 1990 to 1994. However, there is one problem left that seems to apply to every BS output cell on the device. Each output cell has an associated control cell which I guess is used to set the output to Hi-Z state. In each case, the control cell is defined with a 'safe' value of '1', but the output (controlled) cell is defined with 'disable' value of '0'. The BS software expects these values to be the same and therefore generates errors. The support engineer advises me that guessing the correct value would be dangerous as it could lead to device damage, which sounds reasonable to me.

So now my query is much more specific - what is the correct value? It all comes down to 0 or 1 in the end, doesn't it!
