No one in the community can answer questions about qualification reports, FIT/MTBF etc., so please always create a ticket in your personal Online Support OLS.
However, it is questionable whether you will receive a satisfactory answer from there, as the M95256-WDW6TP is already on NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs) and will be discontinued in the foreseeable future.
