I need datasheet for old EEPROM to make BackUp.

I have old eeprom, aprox of year 1998 of manufacturing.

It's written on it ST 5880F 9948K SINGAPORE.

Could somebody support me with datasheet for it.

I need to make backup of it.

This is probably not an EEPROM, but maybe an EPROM that was discontinued a long time ago. If we want to be sure, you should upload a photo of the device, whose marking is as legible as possible.

I found datasheet. Under the the sticker was more data that defined the name. Thank you very much
