Elite RMRTCCS problem

When I boot the STPC all PCI signals toggle. It tries to read from PCI bus at FFF0, it the asserts DEVSEL at adress 008C. RMRTCCS and ISAOE never toggles.

Any ideas? We are really stuck now.

I suggest that you look at the design guidelines in the datasheets. I suggest that you look at the Atlas datasheet.

Look under section 6.5.3 it looks like it could help you track your problem.
