Does a spice model exist for the VND7NV04 OMNIFET

Hi, I'm using LTSpice to simulate a circuit. Is it possible to get a spice model of the VND7NV04 OMNIFET?

No, unfortunately the device is more than 20 years old and no model was available back then.
