we r using isa interface bus. i wanted to know whether we have to connect sa0 of the atlas to the a0 of an 8 bit bootrom or sa2 of the atlas to the ao of bootrom? since the core processor works on 32 bit access isnt it right to connect sa2 to a0 of flash? or does the controller takes care of the 8 bit transfers internally -i mean translation of 32 bit to 8 bit acess. waiting for your reply, jayashree
The sa0 of the STPC Atlas should be connected to the a0 of the Bootrom. Please have a look to our reference shematics it includes the Bootrom connections. Regards.
