1. 5 4-pin tact switch

2. 3 5-way tactile switch

3. 5 3-way toggle switch (6-pin)

4. 2 wh148 10k potentiometer with knob

5. 1 ps2 joystick module breakout sensors (5v, push button when pressed down, Rx-Ry)

6. 4 ss49e analog hall effect sensor

7.10pF 50v ceramic capacitors dip  ( please tell me how many to use )

8. 1N4148 1W zener diode

I will need to make all this wired up on first stm32f103c8t6

and on the second stm32f103c8t6  i need to wire these components

1. 4 4-pin kd4-22n push button switch dpst with lamp

2. 4 4-pin rocker switch with lamp

3. 8 3-pin 2 way toggle switch

Are these not part of your project - ie things that you need to do?

Are you designing your own boards, or using ready-made?

Even if you will eventually be designing boards, you should start on development boards to prove your design.

NUCLEO-F103RB should be suitable:

https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-f103rb.html

Schematics are available on the 'CAD Resources' tab:

https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-f103rb.html#cad-resources

You can see examples of using switches there...

If designing boards, study AN2586Getting started with STM32F10xxx hardware development:

https://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/an2586-getting-started-with-stm32f10xxx-hardware-development-stmicroelectronics.pdf

Also take a look at the other Application Notes available on the Product Page:
