unable to burn firmware on the ST7 device

Hi

i am trying to burn the firmware on the ST7 device . i go to tools-> programm and check the erase option , write option , verify option and run option on ST7 Debug . It gives the output successfully written but when i try to see the descriptor of the device using a software i get the value 0x0 .The device shows that it is connected. Can anybody help me out.

could you give more information on your context:

OS version, ST7 device used, version of STVD (go to about window), harware used for programming.

This would allow us to try to reproduce the issue you have.
