Hello ST community,
I am trying to find the part number of the chip in the attached picture with the code gk16w 85003f3p6 chn30ere7 (or similar), which unfortunately broke during a thunderstorm near our house. It's from a Nespresso XN110 coffee machine.
Does anyone have any idea, what part number this chip has or what type of component it is?

Great! This it is.
Thanks a lot for your fast reply!

I don't expect the content (firmware) to be recoverable, but you might be able to cannibalize a working part from another board for said coffee machine.
A blank part from Mouser won't help you directly, you'd need a firmware image to apply to the part for it to work in this context.

Yeah, I agree, recoverable is the FW most probably not, since the MCU is not working at all anymore. I guess there was destroyed something in the power supply circuit inside the MCU (due to the thunderstorm near the house).
I would have replaced the chip if it wouldn't have been any programmable device. But in this case it's not worth the effort to investigate more on this.
Thanks anyway a lot for your help!
