There is any problem connect NC pin of M24C04 to ground? I intend replace a ATC24C Microchip to M24C04 STm.

OK, in this case you can leave NC connected to GND, there is no internal connection.

But keep in mind that the M24C04 has a smaller EEPROM area than the AT24C32E.

Maybe that was a typo and you meant the AT24C04C?

If this is the case, then AT24C04C and M24C04 have the same pinout, i.e. both have NC on pin 1.

AT24C32E-SSHM-T have pin 1 ,2 and 3 to address. In this case all pins to ground.
