Hello,
I'm happy to announce you that our new ST7Ultralite is now available. This is a 8-pin chip working from 2.4v to 5.5v, embedding : - an internal RC 8MHz oscillator, - an auto wake-up 33kHz oscillator, - with low voltage detection capabilities, - 1k of single voltage Flash programming memory. - a 12-bit Auto Reload Timer with output capture and PWM, - a 8-bit Timer with watchdog, - a 10-bit A/D converter (up to 5 channels), - 6 I/O lines (5 with High Sink capabilities), - 5 power saving modes, - available in DIP8, SO8 and DFN8 packages, - less than 16 mm² in DFN8. This is a small micro bursting with features. You can find all the detailed information by searching for ''ultralite'' in the ''Search ST MCU'' field or by having a look to the official press release :http://www.st.com/stonline/stappl/press/news/year2006/p1768.htm
