Does anyone here have a datasheet for part# SD1731-11? I see on website only datasheet SD1731 and SD1731-14.

Does anyone know what the "dash #" stands for?

SD1731 was an RF transistor that was discontinued many years ago, so that no information is available any more.

SD1731-11 was a customised version whose documentation was only available to the customer in question.

Sorry not being able to help you.
