I am totally new to this. I have a projec which I need to do the following:
1. I need to read binary file out of internal flash of a controller which uses st10 as CPU.
2. I need to change some data in the binary file and then flash it back to the ST10.
so, what tools do I need to complete this task and how hard this will be? I need to keep the budget low. Please advise. I am a faster learner though. Thanks,
