I have a problem of uPSD3234, Can P0 port receive data from other device?

It depends on the kind of the other device. I never did this, but it might work.
P0 is the multiplexed A/D bus of the uPSD in 80pin packages. If you spend some hardware to demultiplex the data from the address and create a chip select from the address bus your other device can act just like a RAM or ROM. In this way you can exchange data between a uPSD and another device. But if you think about coupling two uPSD directly using P0, I don't think this setup will work without a bunch of glue hardware.
