i2c - how to send NASK?

I try implement interface to DS1631 chip from Maxim-Dallas.

According to this data sheet master (STR912) must send NASK instead of ASK after receiving last byte in Master Receiver mode. How I can force STR912 to send NASK instead of ASK?
