That's a bit vague. What's the end goal/product here? The Flash market has evolved a bit in the last 15 years.
Unlikely to be a drop-in replacement. There are perhaps some low cost Chinese or Taiwanese USB Flash drive type parts. Perhaps something from SMSC / Microchip?
Can you use eMMC memories, and STM32F723 ?
