Hi, 

Can anyone help me identify the component(s)?  What kind of components these and what is the type of package (SSOP8 or TSSOP8)?

the marking 428WP stands for the  M24128-BWDW6TP in TSSOP8 (169mil), which is already on NRND (Not Recommended for New Design) because of the limited operating voltage range 2.5-5.5V.

The recommended replacement offer identical behaviour and a wider operating voltage range of
