Communcation error, inDART-STX and ST72F63BK4 device

Hi!
I have a problem with inDART-STX and ST72F63BK4 device. I'm using an Evaluation board ''Starter Kit ST 72X6X'' from ST. For programming the flash in my micro, I've bought an inDART-STX. I've provided a 10-pin ICP connector, and wired the following pins, (according to indart_stx_st7_manual.pdf): ICP <===> ST7 1, 3, 5 pins <-> GND 7 pin <-> ICCDATA 9 pin <-> OSCIN 2 pin <-> ICCDATA 4 pin <-> ICCCLK 6 pin <-> RESET 8 pin <-> Vpp ( + 10Kohm connected from this wire to ground) 10 pin <-> Not connected When I try to read the micro via DataBlaze I receive a following error: ''Communication error between the instrument and the target device''. The inDART device works perfectly according to ''inDART-STX Diagnostic tool''. According to FAQ I've tried to use ''Ignore Option bytes'' in ''communication settings'' BUT unfortunately, it's impossible to select that option (''it's grayed''). Moreover, I've tried all possibilities of Option Bytes, But, I still have the same error... Please help me, because I have an urgent project with this ST7 micro. Thank you in advance!
