SPC570S50E1, Hardware error: What are the possible reasons for over current after powerring on for 1-2 minutes?

JW.3.262
Associate

A piece of SPC570S50E1 chip is soldered on a PCB surving for its minimum system without any other component to test if it could be powerred on normally.

After 3.3V/5V provided, the chip works in normal current for 1-2 min, and the 1.2V could be measured. But, 1-2 min later, the work current increases gradually. And the voltage of LV pin (1.2V) becomes around 2.8V.

Powerring on again, the work current increaces gradually and no normal voltage of LV pin could be measured any more.

However, if a single chip is powerred on without PCB, the work current and LV voltage could keep normal.

What could be the possible reasons?

I am waiting for your answers.

Thanks.
