The power consumption of the ISPU depends on two main factors: what kind of operations your algorithm is performing, which might cause higher or lower power consumption, and the amount of time the ISPU spends in a running state. The more the time the ISPU can sleep, the lower the power consumption. The percentage of time the ISPU will be able to spend sleeping, in turn, depends on the how fast your algorithm is and the rate at which your algorithm is running. On the application note of the ISM330IS you can find some examples of power consumption for a few common algorithms.
