What are the min/max parameters for the sensitivity for the LIS3DH?

Hello Naue,
At +/-2g full scale range, the typical sensitivity is 1mg/LSB and the min/max are 0.9/1.1. So it is +/-10%. For more information, please visit Thank you, Thiago ReisFrom: naue

Hello Thiago.
How can it's may be, if ''LIS3DH embeds a 32-slot of 10bit data FIFO for each of the three output channels, X, Y and Z.'' and then 4g/1024=~4mg/LSB?Thanks.2013-10-22 05:35 AM
Hello Gav,
Following the same logic as mentioned on the topic earlier, for 4g the sensitivity should be 2mg/digit. You can also reference the attached datasheet on page Thank you, Thiago ________________ Attachments : LIS3DH.pdf : https://st--c.eu10.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00Db0000000YtG6&ids=0680X000006HzKl&d=%2Fa%2F0X0000000bK2%2F6K5TYcEPNknWmwcGcLmj3szb.Kemoo7iCAX8Ul44i1s&asPdf=false2013-10-22 09:30 PM
Hello, Thiago.
Sorry, you did not understand me.I would like to say that the values of + /-2g with sensitivity 1mg/LSB not possible to pack in 10bit.Because a 10-bit digit can hold data from 0 to 1023 only.
Consequently 1mg/LSB*1024 = 1g or only +/-0.5g.But for a range of +/-2g, maximum amplitude signal equal to 4g.And these 4g should be packed into 10bits, hence the maximum of sensitivity is possible 4g/1024 = 4mg/LSB only.Value of sensitivity are listed in the table on p.10 of the attached document is wrong, and contrary to both the document itself and the experimental data obtained with a real device. The same document states that:p.17: ''The LIS3DH contains a 10bit, 32-level FIFO.''p.19: ''LIS3DH embeds a 32-slot of 10bit data FIFO for each of the three output channels, X, Y and Z.''And I can confidently confirm that the real LIS3DH issue only 10bit data.
