VL53L1X: "Soldering the device on the customer board or adding a cover glass can introduce an offset in the ranging distance". Why does soldering the device on a board introduce an offset, and how much offset can it introduce?
A VL53L1X has been soldered on a board, and the result I get from ranging are offset by at least 15%. Can it be caused by the soldering itself? Will calibration remove the offset?
