what are the conditions (license price, ...) for the activation key to use the Teseo Suite Pro software?

The website of the Teseo Suite contains all relevant information, also the documentation How to unlock advanced features.

On page 2 you will find: "To unlock the advanced features, send an email requesting the activation key to st-teseo-suite-support@st.com"

But there is no price mentioned for the activation key . Is it royalty-free? (Why is then an activation key required actually?)
