Analog the ADC converter and of course an ST OpAmp as example - TS922EIJT. The digital MEMS MIC is using PDM signal which can be handled by SPI/I2S bus or through Digital filter for sigma delta modulators (DFSDM) available at some STM32 MCUs, such as STM32L4 series, as example.
