LSM6DSM/LSM6DSR gyro angular random walk and bias stability

Our commercial product currently uses the LSM6DSM. We would like to upgrade to a lower noise accel/gyro. The ISM330DHCX has a gyro bias stability indicated in the data sheet at 3 degrees per hour, which seems about half the value for competing gyros. This is very attractive to us. However, we don't need the machine learning core or higher cost of the ISM330DHCX so would like to find an equivalent among ST's consumer grade 6 DoF sensors. It looks like the LSM6DSR is equivalent to the ISM330DHCX in all mechanical and electrical specifications, except that there is no quote for the gyro angular random walk or bias stability in the LSM6DSR data sheet. Can you tell use if the angular random walk and bias stability of the LSM6DSM and LSM6DRS have been measured and what these values are? Thank you.

Hi @KWine ,

if you are not interested in an industrial graded device, i.e. a device qualified under industrial qualification specs such as the ISM330DHCX, I can confirm you that yes, the LSM6DSR is a good substitute of the ISM330DHCX in terms of gyro AVAR performances (angular random walk and bias stability), that are similar to the ISM330DHCX ones.
