LIS12DE - Is there an errata sheet? Something known about increasing power consumption when getting older?

Can you tell me if there is an errata sheet for the LIS12DE?

Is there perhaps something known that power consumption increases after long time of usage?

Welcome to ST Community!

We don't have any errata sheet, however we observed no increases in power consumption during the characterization and qualification phases of LIS2DE12.

Have you noticed an increase of power consumption after long time of usage?

Anyway, take in mind that the values reported in the datasheet are typical values, so a measurement above 6 uA is probably accettable.
