ISM330DLC reads when it is stationary

Hi everyone,

I was reading the data from the OUTX/Y/Z_L_A and OUTX/Y/Z_H_A registers. I noticed that if the actual acceleration is some non-zero value, the data will be fine. However, if the accelerometer is stationary, the horizontal axises (which are supposed to  read 0g data) read a value near to 2g or -2g. Here is the example:

As you can see in the diagram, the y and z axises shows some reasonable values for their components of gravity, the horizontal x axis keeps changing from -2g to 2g but not shows the correct reading(0g).

Does someone have any clues about this?

Quick! Jump out of the plane you're in - its' going to CRASH!!!

I would double and triple check the registers that are being read...

Kind regards
Pedro
