I use LIS2DW12 with I2C communication.
I separate VDD from VDD_IO.
When I turn ON VDD_IO (3V3), I have a tension of 2V4 on VDD_IO, why ?
Related to this, I have overconsumption (I2C pull-up)
I use the scheme of the LIS2DW12 datasheet
Do you have a complete scheme with I2C communication for consumption near 1µA ?
if not, how can use LIS2DW12 to hace a consumption near 1µA ?

Hi @Mickaël Bucher ,
I suspect that the problem with VDD_IO lower than the expected value could be related to the power section of the schematic.
are there any resistors or stepdown circuits on the path from the power supply to the VDD_IO line?
regarding the scheme, there is everything you need to know on page 19 of the datasheet.
did you follow this example for your application?

Hi, check also this --> https://community.st.com/s/question/0D53W00000NUJcpSAH/lis2dw12-vddio-current-way-too-high
"note that SDO/SA0 pin is internally pulled up: this means that there could be a resistance path causing the current to flow down from 3V3 to 0V through it. Can you please try to disconnect this pin?"
