On DS you do not find the THD but you can find the AOP, which, by definition, is the sound pressure level at which the microphone begins to distort 10%.
I attach you a graph showing the typical THD trend of MP23ABS1 at 1kHz.

yes, at 1kHz they have the same behavior :)
