Where can I get the bin file of WebUSB:CMSIS-DAP?

My PC's OS is Windows 7 64-bit. I had a board IDB011V1. My IDE is IAR 8.40.1. I have installed BlueNRG-LP DK 1.0.0 and BlueNRG-LP Profiles_Lib 1.0.0. Now, I want to build BlueNRG-LP Profiles_Lib 1.0.0 and debug it. But I can not install the driver of the board of IDB011V1 properly. Where can I get the bin file of WebUSB:CMSIS-DAP?

The driver file is available in the following web site: https://os.mbed.com/docs/mbed-os/v6.0/program-setup/windows-serial-driver.html

Note that the driver is for Windows 7 only. There is a warning message that Do not install the serial driver on Windows 8 or newer.
