What is the status of

 SPWF01SA modules?

This link:

says it is NRND,

while this link:

http://www.st.com/en/wireless-connectivity/spwf01sa.html

says it is Active??

You should speak to your local distributor, or the ST sales/support staff servicing your account.

These parts a likely being built-to-order for existing customers, and the reported delivery time is 16 weeks.

Both the SPWF01SA and SPWF04SA have had reports on the forum as being NRND, they are not made/supported by the STM32 group.
