Hi, I'm using STEVAL-IDW001V1 and STEVAL-PCC018V1 boards.
I set up wifi into IBSS mode named ''ADHOC'' but I cannot detect it from the telephone or browser.I've the impression I'm not creating the ADHOC network. Where's the issue?I'm attaching data. +WIND:2:Reset+WIND:1:Poweron (141106-0950875-SPWF01S)+WIND:13:ST SPWF01SA1 IWM: Copyright (c) 2012-2014 STMicroelectronics, Inc. Pietro, I had the same problem.
To solve it I need to update the module. Try v3.3.And update it OTA. Using UART I ''brick'' the module...2015-02-25 11:48 PM

Did you set a static IP address also on smartphone?
Depending on OS, this step is mandatory. This step is not needed, for example, using iOS.2015-02-26 02:27 AM
