SPSGRF-915 Different Marking questions

Hi 

We got some parts of SPSGRF-915, they have different Marking 1 and Marking 2, I attached photos for your reference.

Marking 1: SPSGRF-915 (Full Marking and the label shows the Full MPN SPSGRF-915)

Marking 2: SPSGRF (Without “-915”, but the label shows the Full MPN SPSGRF-915)

What is the different？
We want to verify that Marking 1 and Marking 2 have the same functionality？ 
Also, what mean for this different markings? Are they the same part?

Apparently the "-915" characters were made with a CNC drill. Perhaps both are clones. The datasheet shows the complete code made directly on the board layout:

It is possible that different date codes produce different Marking?
We are concerned that they are not the same parts, can you provide some more accurate indication that they are clones.

Marking 1 Date Code is 23+
Marking 2 Date Code is 19+/18+

Where else can we verify that the MPN of Marking 2 must be SPSGRF-915?
We have to confirm that it is 915 MHZ frequency for sure.

Thanks for sharing this information. Yes, we know it's OBS part.
Anyway, do you know how to get engineer from STM to reply to this question?
We hope to get some more accurate PDF to verify it, or if STM engineers can approve it, then we will be more confident to use these parts.
