Reference circuit for STA8090WG, how to communicate with it

HelloI I've read datasheet of STA8090WG, but intead of clarity, many questions arose. First of all, is this chip come with preintalled firmware, or I shoud flash it by myself?

Whether there is a reference circuit for this chip?

Which interface I should use to communicate with device: I see that device have USB, I2C, UART. But there is no information about communicate with device. For example, which I2C address I should you to access to this chip?

Which commands I should use to communicate with it?
