The ST-LINK/V3 is not a universal SWD tool, but is intended for programming and debugging the STM32 from STMicroelectronics. The nrf* are from another manufacturer and are therefore not supported.
Does it answer your question?

I don't expect it to work with an ST-LINK, there is definitely a reason why the ST-LINK start with ST. ;)
