Hi,

I have on module SPWF01SA that return '+WIND:11:Initial SPI read failed: 00000000' on power ON.

what does it mean? how can

Seems your module is dead. That's a kind of whoamI at startup: no reply from the chip within the timeout...

As far as I know, yes. No way to recover when HW is broken.

Just to double-check: try to flash latest FW 3.5.3. I don't expect module comes back to life, but let's try (hoping that current FW is very old)...
