Hi,
The BlueNRG-2 describes compatibility with the 5.0 spec. but I've been unable to find specific mention of the longer range via lower bit rate 500kbps or 125kbps and Forward Error Correction (FEC).
Is this long range mode supported and if so can you point me to some documentation?
Thanks!
jay

Thanks Winfred,
Do you know if there are any plans to enable this feature through firmware updates?
Thanks

Hi Jay,
Hardware modification is required to support the LE coded PHY.
The plan is to support both of them in the next generation of BlueNRG SoC : BlueNRG-LP, which is expected to be ready this year.
Best Regards,
Winfred
