Android HAL for Teseo GNSS Solutions

Hi,

I am currently working on integrating software support for the Teseo-LIV3FL GNSS module (specifically, the PNT-SG3FS variant) on our OpenQ 8550 SOM Development Kit (https://www.lantronix.com/products/open-q-8550cs-som-development-kit/).

The GNSS module communicates with the 8550 development kit via UART. However, it appears that the Android HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) previously provided by ST is no longer available.
