Hello,
I would like to know how many tracking channels are available at the Teseo-LIV4F GNSS?
Thanks in advanced!

The TeseoVI has "192 (96 data & 96 pilot) signal tracking channels"
https://www.st.com/en/positioning/sta8600a.html?icmp=tt42923_gl_pron_feb2025
The internet also returns this as to the LIV4F, but I couldn't find a direct cite from ST
"99 search channels: While the module tracks 33 satellites at a time, it has a bank of 99 channels it can use to search for available signals. This enhances the receiver's ability to lock onto satellites and maintain tracking, even in challenging environments like urban canyons."
Now in a practical sense, most GNSS construct an orbital list from the available almanac, ephemeris and augmentation data, so know what should be visible. And certainly once it has established a rough time and location.
The satellite has a common position, but transmitting on multiple bands, and the signals for each will need a "channel" / correlator.
Once you get to ~32 satellites, the incremental value of using more diminishes, as it going to decimate those with more residuals, and thus outliers

@Tesla DeLorean thanks for your post. I think the number of tracking channels for the Teseo-LIV4F is likely lower.

You're probably right, it likely needs some where in the 60's to be competitive, but I didn't see any concrete citation. Hopefully someone at ST can give a definitive answer
