Neither of these says what time the maintenance is scheduled to occur.

Temporary Unavailability of Server Update Pack – Maintenance on February 26 (in the VSCode forum) does give a time, but no timezone.

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
