Many derivatives of the SPC5 family have I2C. The SMBUS is very similar to I2C, but differs in a few points. So it depends on your specific implementation whether you can use an I2C port for SMBUS.

Thank you for your reply.SPC5 MCU communicate with BQ78350(AFE) via SMBUS/I2C for reading cell voltage.
