The SPC5-HTCOMP-NLTL compiler has been obsolete for several years.
Instead, however, you can use SPC5_STUDIO, which can be equipped with multiple compilers, e.g. the free licensed GNU GCC Compiler, the Greenhills Compiler (license required) or the GNU C Compiler from HighTec EDV-System (license required).
