Set JTAG password lock SPC58EC80E5/AEK-MCU-C4MLIT1

Hello,

I'm working with the AEK-MCU-C4MLIT1 board, which features the SPC58EC80E5 MCU. While using UDE STK 5.2, I noticed that the JTAG connection is always successful, regardless of the password set to unlock it. This suggests that the JTAG password lock is not yet enabled.

What would I have to do to enable the JTAG password lock?

Thanks!

Hi,

Please check the Reference Manual

https://www.st.com/resource/en/reference_manual/rm0407-spc58-c-line--32-bit-power-architecture-automotive-mcu-dual-z4-cores-180-mhz-4-mbytes-flash-hsm-asilb--reference-manual-stmicroelectronics.pdf

In particular you can check the following chapters:

80.5.1 Censorship

80.5.2 Debug Interface access.

Best Regards,
