 Hi,I'm new to Zigbee and STM32WB55, and I need to retrieve certain electrical measurement attributes through Zigbee Server and Client communication. While examining the electrical measurement header file (zcl.elec.meas.h), I observed that some attributes are currently disabled (as given below, they are marked as False in the same header file comments).  Comment description ======================= * EMR.S.A0505 | RMSVoltage | False | Optional * EMR.S.A0508 | RMSCurrent | False | Optional  I'd like to inquire whether it's possible to access the attributes listed below. If these attributes are initially deactivated, what steps can be taken to enable them for functionality? These are some Electrical Measurement Server Attribute IDs   enum ZbZclElecMeasSvrAttrT { ZCL_ELEC_MEAS_ATTR_RMS_VOLT = 0x0505, /**< RMSVoltage (Optional) */ ZCL_ELEC_MEAS_ATTR_RMS_CURR = 0x0508, /**< RMSCurrent (Optional) */ }  --Thanks & Regards,Naani C

I am using TouchGFX and currently using simulator only. I want to change the 1st Screen after 2 Seconds. How can i achieve this timeout to change the screen. I explored all the widgets in the TouchGFX but i didn't get any option. Anyone has solution on this?Thanks in advance.

I dont know why this error happens. It is aligned as 0x0800F800.Not only this, but i get a hardfault (UNDEFINSTR) error too, while printing the above error with the following:printf("Error writeFLASHDoubleWord FLASH->SR: %02X", READ_REG(FLASH->SR));

Dear SIR, We want to use STM32G0B0 to develop our project. We want to use EVK to write code before our board comes.But there is NO STM32G0B0 EVK, only STM32G0B1 EVK exist.(or NUCLEO-G0B1RE, https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-g0b1re.html)How difficult for user migrate code from STM32G0B1 to STM32G0B0?Thanks.

I have a new (to me) STM32H563 Nucleo board and I just need a bit of help with the new style DMA system. I haven't been able to find any reasonable examples for the H5 or U5 that have the new DMA controller, so I'm asking for help here.The end goal is to periodically pull data off of an external SPI mounted ADC using DMA, triggered by a timer.I have timer2 set up to generate a 1kHz output pulse. I wish to route TRGO from TIM2 to trigger a DMA transfer on an edge pushing, say, 3 bytes into SPI2 transmit data register to force the data out of the ADC.So far I have been able to get the timer going (actually I am going to use 2 synchronized timers, but I've stripped the sample project to just use TIM2). I have the SPI set up the way that I need, with hardware NSS, and a 20-bit transfer, and I can transmit using HAL_SPI_Transmit() and the appropriate wave form shows up on my oscilloscope. I've set up the DMA linked list as much as I've been able to figure it out and linked the list to the D

Hi All,I am trying to implement a code on STM32H723 Nucleo-144 where the ADC uses DMA configured in double buffer mode. I cant find any examples on how to do it. I have tried to analyze the ADC to DMA in circular mode code, but I struggle to convert it to double buffer mode. The option to use DMA in double buffer mode doesnt exist in the .ioc file as of my knowledge. Anyone who knows how to do it? I am not an expert on this, so please be patient with me :)Best regards!

Hi community,I am trying to port a project from old library maple leaf or older built for Arduino to to STM32cubeIDEthis function I couldn't find any ref to it, my guess it that is sets the period to 5ms Timer3.setPeriod(1000 / 200); browsing some threads in the community I found this formula for calculating the periodTIM Update = TIM Clock / (X * Y) Prescaler = X - 1 Period = Y - 1according to it I put Presclaer X-1 = 59999 and Period to 5999  htim3.Instance = TIM3; htim3.Init.Prescaler = 59999; htim3.Init.CounterMode = TIM_COUNTERMODE_UP; htim3.Init.Period = 5999; htim3.Init.ClockDivision = TIM_CLOCKDIVISION_DIV1; htim3.Init.AutoReloadPreload = TIM_AUTORELOAD_PRELOAD_DISABLE; Actually the entire code compiles but in the debug session TIM3 never starts, can any knowledgeable person help me to configure this timer for 5ms. thank you in advance.Note: complete newby here I just started learning about electronics and mcu...

Hi I am using the USB CDC on a STM32L433 with the command MX_USB_DEVICE_Init(); to communicate through the USB. In my app, I go into standby mode (by using the HAL_PWR_EnterSTANDBYMode()) command. How do I disable the USB before entering standby?  I tried the the command USBD_DeInit(&hUsbDeviceFS) , but got a hardware fault. Anyone let me know the best way to disable it?  Best RegardsScott

Dear ST support team,I'm facing an issue in reading ADC1 on a NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q evaluation board.In some point of ADC1 range there is a huge gap between sampling points, Differential linearity error is around 25 LSB, clearly out of spec. This happens at spacing of about 500 points all along the input range.See pictures below for a better view of the issue.Some more details:test on evaluation board NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q, NUCLEO575ZIQ$AT2, marking on microcontroller is "X"STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.14.0 Build: 19471_20231121_1200 (UTC)ADC is read in software trigger mode with ADC complete callback interrupt, tested different configuration, different resolution ( 14bit 12 bit ), clock, single ended or differential, oversampled or not, on different channel, but linearity error is always present.Tested with VREF tied to 3V3 or with external reference without any difference.Tested two different application code, one based from scratch application and one based on "ADC_SingleConversion_TriggerSW_IT" exa

I would like to do peer - peer stuff and experiment with LoRa.....Question: Do I use the LoRaWan stack when I am doing peer - peer, or is that strictly used when I want to communicate to a gateway?Is there literature that explains all the settings in CubeMX when I turn on the Lora module?Thank you

I'm trying to communicate with an external device with a USB-C Device interface in CDC Serial class.I'm following the steps as shown in the videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3sMN-ErKPw&list=PLnMKNibPkDnFFRBVD206EfnnHhQZI4Hxa&index=20However, in my debugging, I cannot access the 'userFunction();' function."void userFunction(void){static uint32_t i = 0;static uint8_t init_receive = 0;if(Appli_state == APPLICATION_READY){if(init_receive == 0){USBH_CDC_Receive(&hUsbHostFS, rx_buffer, 9);init_receive = 1;}if((HAL_GPIO_ReadPin(GPIOC, GPIO_PIN_13) == GPIO_PIN_SET) && i>0XFFFF){USBH_CDC_Transmit (&hUsbHostFS, tx_buffer, 9);i=0;}i++;}}Appli_state is always at '0' (APPLICATION_IDLE).Can someone help me with this issue?I'm attaching files that might help with the analysisThanks in advance!

Hello!I'm working with NUCLEO-G0B1RE and X-NUCLEO-SNK1M1 boards. I've done the initial setup to work in USBPD and USB_HOST mode, Class Host Supporting ALL Classes in STM32CubeMX.I haven't modified the generated code, and while debugging the 'USBH_Start()' function, the code remains stuck in the 'HAL_GetTick()' function, specifically in the line 'while ((HAL_GetTick() - tickstart) < wait)'.Does anyone know why this is happening?Would it have something to do with the clock system (SysTick)?I've attached the '.ioc' file for review.

Hello, by connecting an mcp2515 to Stm32, I enabled it to communicate properly with other cards via the Can network. However, when a message arrives, I couldn't understand how to receive it with the INT pin and I couldn't do it. I tried connecting the interrupt via EXTI by connecting the INT pin on the MCP2515 to GPIOA8. When I received the notification from here, I thought I could read the message on the CAN network and take action, but I was not successful. Can you help with this ? I am using https://github.com/eziya/STM32_SPI_MCP2515 this library for MCP2515.

Hi,Is there any sample for H755 with lwip eth and sdmmc1 fatfs?.How configure the MPU region?. Thanks,

Dear Sir      We are developing an iOS mobile application software. We downloaded the official source code of ST and compiled the app we need.When verifying the development board, we encountered the following problems: the ST official app（STSW-ST25IOS001,NFC Tap ,Version 7.2 ） downloadedfrom the app store can upload images normally(see Attachment 2) through the development board（Discovery kit for the ST25DV-I2C-EVO dynamic NFC/RFID tag）,but the app compiled from the source code(STSW-ST25IOS002, Version 7.0.0) downloaded from the ST official link keeps reporting an error（see Attachment 1）when uploading images in ftm mode.      So, could you help to confirm whether the app compiled from the source code downloaded from the official website can reproduce this function of image uploading?Best RegardsIvan Tan

Hi all,For the last couple of weeks I've been trying to deal with receiving an ETH frame from PHY on my own PCB design with STM32H730VBT.To make sure the firmware is OK I took a Nucleo-H723ZI (CPU from the same family) and configured it to work with lwIP under CubeMX - Everything works fine. Frames are sent and received and DMA operation looks like on other STM32H7s.Then I corrected the GPIO configuration to match my design:PB11 -> RMII_MII_TX_EN (CS_TX)PB12 -> RMII_MII_TXD0The remaining pinout for RMII is identical to Nucleo.The schematic is typical for the LAN8742A (sorry for circuit quality):After startup, frames are transmitted but any receive data (multicast, unicast, etc.) is missing.To eliminate a possible PCB path length error, the port on the switch was forced to T10 (10mbits). The problem also occurs at the 100Mbps/Full-duplex setting.The RMII paths on the PCB between the CPU and PHY are max 30mm long.And here's a list of what I've already checked so far:- GPIO and ETH

Hello,I have been trying to make a driver for the Winbond(W25N01GV)  NAND flash over QSPI but I've been failing so far. Can somebody give me some ideas about what I am doing wrong?        #define UNPACK_UINT16_TO_2_BYTES(num) {(uint8_t) (((num) & 0xFF00) >> 8), (uint8_t) ((num) & 0x00FF)} #define PACK_2_BYTES_TO_UINT16(bytes) ((((uint16_t) *(bytes)) << 8) + *((bytes)+1)) bool isBusy(void) { uint8_t reg_data = 0; QSPI_CommandTypeDef com; com.InstructionMode = QSPI_INSTRUCTION_1_LINE; // QSPI_INSTRUCTION_... com.Instruction = W25N01GV_STATUS_REG; com.AddressMode = QSPI_ADDRESS_1_LINE; com.AddressSize = QSPI_ADDRESS_8_BITS; com.Address = SR3_STATUS_REGISTER_ADDRESS; com.AlternateByteMode = QSPI_ALTERNATE_BYTES_NONE; com.AlternateBytes = QSPI_ALTERNATE_BYTES_NONE; com.AlternateBytesSize = QSPI_ALTERNATE_BYTES_NONE; com.DummyCycles = 0; com.DataMode = QSPI_DATA_1_LINE; com.NbData = 1; com.DdrMode = QSP

Hi,I plan to use LAN8742A and STM32H7 for an ethernet application.In the datasheet for LAN8742A there is this very interesting sentense on page 34 i the datsheet:The REF_CLK Out Mode is not part of the RMII Specification. To ensure proper system operation, a timinganalysis of the MAC and LAN8742A/LAN8742Ai must be performed.Does anybody have any experience or good advise on what they have done/used to get it done?Thank you

hi,I am now familiar with the STPM3x programming, by using EVALSTPM33/34 boards.I have been able to do some basic low voltage testing where I receive interrupts on INT1 line on EVALSTPM33/4 for voltage swell before I try mains voltages.Then I run the same code (same SPI frequency 12Mhz, same MCU driving it) on our proprietary HW at mains voltage, that uses STPM33 in the recommended configuration, the INT1 line is not changing when a swell event occur (here I tested current swell). Here the swell logic is generating interrupts into the IRQ register, but the external pin INT1 is not changing. CRC's etc of registers seem correct, and I am taking care not to write to reserved bits, using read/mod write. I have read the Metrology code in en.stsw-stpm002.zipIn order to rule misconfiguration of the STPM3x on our proprietary board, my question is, how is the multifunction muxing of INT1 achieved?There is no obvious setting I can see in the STPM3x spec. I couldn't see that LCS1/2 cont

Hello, how can I get timers running at 480Mhz to have maximum resolution?Here is a capture using latest stmcube version:I have tried D2PRE1 & D2PRE2 =1 but then warnings appear

Hello, I'm having issues trying to clear the data set from a dynamic graph in Touch GFX. Unfortunately none of the data points nor graph line are being cleared from the graph.The graph is set to scroll as more data is added. When a "user session" is reset I would like to clear the existing data from the dynamic graph. I would think it was as simple as calling the clear() function but I am not having any luck. Documentation says invalidation is done when clear() function is called but I have also tried adding the invalidate.  dynamicGraphVoltage.clear();dynamicGraphVoltage.invalidate(); Thank you for any suggestions!

Here is the machine translation:Some time ago, ST25R3911B was used to successfully achieve transparent mode communication. Unfortunately, ST25R3911B does not support load modulation, so ST25R3916B is chosen as an alternative.At present, the code of the transparent mode of ST25R3911B has been transplanted to the chip of ST25R3916B, using the modulation mode of OOK. After transplantation, the modulated signal of sending data is normal, while the received signal is abnormally output through the MISO pin, as shown in the attached picture. The MOSI pin is responsible for modulating the carrier, and theoretically the pulse width of the MISO output should be consistent with th

Hello, We are trying to implement the isodep functionality in one of our developments with the ST25R3917, acting as reader/PCD. We have implemented the libraries included in the STSW-ST25R018 firmware (https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stsw-st25r018.html) . By other side, we have an Android App with a customized AID, already tested and working. It answers with 0x9000 when it receives the APDU containing the AID previosuly configurated. We have checked it with the ST25R3916 Discovery Board with the firmware version 1.4.3 (see following picture) However, when we try to communicate with the App, using the libraries that I mentioned before, the answer to the APDU containing the AID (00 A4 04 00 07 XX XX XX XX XX XX XX) is 0xF208, which seems to be a S-Block message indicating the WTX period. In the libraries the behaviour to this answer is to send the same message received to the PICC (our smartphone in this case), until the PCD (our device) receives the right answer

STM32CubeMX generates incorrect code for the OCTOSPI interface for STM32H725.The generated code does not populate the Req2AckTime field of the OSPIM_CfgTypeDef structure, but HAL_OSPIM_Config() validates this value and throws an assertion error. See attached configuration in STM32CubeMX. Generated code is only:  sOspiManagerCfg.ClkPort = 1; sOspiManagerCfg.NCSPort = 1; sOspiManagerCfg.IOLowPort = HAL_OSPIM_IOPORT_1_LOW;   // NOTE: MISSING ASSIGNMENT TO sOspiManagerCfg.Req2AckTime   if (HAL_OSPIM_Config(&hospi1, &sOspiManagerCfg, HAL_OSPI_TIMEOUT_DEFAULT_VALUE) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); }
