Development Environment: KEIL (Free License)보드 : DISCO-L072CZ-LRWAN1HelloTo build a monitoring system with the LoRa protocol now.It is being developed as a 'DISCO-L072CZ-LRWAN1' board.I turned off the 'ST-LINK' built into the board to check the minimum current in the 'STANDBY mode' (removed SB37).I have a 'ST-LINK V2'.Can I connect my current 'ST-LINK' to 'DISCO-L072CZ-LRWAN1' for flashing?I thought using the SWD interface in CN8 would be a flash. So we connected SWD PINs of 'ST-LINK' and 'DISCO-L072CZ-LRWAN1'. I tried to flash by connecting 'SWCLK' pin and 'SWDIO' pin on 'CN8' No.2 and No.4However, neither 'KEIL' nor 'ST-LINK utility' recognized the board.I would appreciate it if you could let me know if I'm taking the wrong approach.

Hello,I'm trying to update a micro over DFU (USB) mode since we don't always have access to the STlink programmer.I managed to start the unit in System Memory mode by reading a backup register at startup and jumping to system firmware if it's a certain value:/* Jump into bootloader if backup register 1 * has 0xB007104D written */ if(0xB007104D == RTC->BKP1R) { RTC->BKP1R = 0x0;   uint32_t JumpAddress = *(__IO uint32_t*)(SYSMEM_ADDRESS + 4); pFunction Jump = (pFunction)JumpAddress;   SysTick->CTRL = 0; SysTick->LOAD = 0; SysTick->VAL = 0;   __HAL_SYSCFG_REMAPMEMORY_SYSTEMFLASH();   __set_MSP(*(__IO uint32_t*)(uint32_t)SYSMEM_ADDRESS); Jump();   while(1); }To be honest, I've seen similar flavours of the same code for this purpose. The thing is, the unit restarts in DFU mode, at least the PC says so: But DfuSeDemo won't give me the option to use it: However, it seems that STM32Programmer works: Questions:Can

Can anyone tell me what Update_Type parameter does in this fucntion?tBleStatus aci_gatt_update_char_value_ext( uint16_t Conn_Handle_To_Notify,   uint16_t Service_Handle,   uint16_t Char_Handle,   uint8_t Update_Type, // -------> What values can it get? What does it do?   uint16_t Char_Length,   uint16_t Value_Offset,   uint8_t Value_Length,   const uint8_t* Value )  Is there any description documentation regarding the hci BLE messaging to BLE side?Thansk?

Hi, we use Git for source control and have notice that each time STM32CubeMX 6.1.1 saves the IOC file, the ordering of all the entries is changed. This makes it impossible to deal with in pull requests as you cannot tell if genuine changes have been made.I've seen this reported before, and it was claimed that the IOC file should be saved in alphabetical order. It is not. The first few lines (after sorting the file before loading it) show as this after saving (and making NO changes):#MicroXplorer Configuration settings - do not modify PF7.GPIOParameters=GPIO_Label PB13.GPIOParameters=GPIO_Label PD12.GPIO_Label=PON_B9

I have full IwIP functionality inside a RTOS task due to this knowledge article: How to create project for STM32H7 with Ethernet and LwIP stack workingI am able to erase, write, and read the QSPI flash using a BSP_QSPI test function inside main. This causes the IwIP stack to not initialize though. When l relocated the BSP_QSPI test function, to inside the default task, it caused both to stop working. I tried options of separating them into different tasks, changed task priorities, enabled QUADSPI global interrupt and increased heap/stack to no avail.Hopefully it is just a silly solution l am overlooking.BSP_QSPI test function:void qspi_test(){ uint32_t address = 0; char * writeData = "My Time NEO!"; char data[50] = {}; // Erase sector BSP_QSPI_EraseBlock(0, address, MT25TL01G_ERASE_4K); // Write data BSP_QSPI_Write(0, (uint8_t*)writeData, address, 4096); // Read data BSP_QSPI_Read(0, (uint8_t*)data, address, 4096); printf("QSPI Device: %s\r\n", data);}BSP_QSPI Configuration: BSP_

Hello, We are trying to put an STM32L422 MCU to STOP 2 mode but the pcb consumption is high (~60uA). The PCB is not to blame because when the MCU enters STANDBY mode, the current consumption is ~5uA. In order to set up the MCU to enter STOP 2 mode, we followed the example \STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.16.0\Projects\NUCLEO-L412KB\Examples\PWR\PWR_STOP2.The only peripherals that we need to remain active are an interrupt in PA1 and the RTC.

The files that is downloaded looks like the same every time and I use only one M3 core device,so why is it downloading the zip files every day?

Currently, i working on the nucleo-L552zeq and i run the SBSFU exemple propose by the cubeL5. i use the script regression.sh and the script the SBSFU_UPDATE.sh to initialize the board and download the firmware. this example can work normally on the board. Then i reset the board to some Trustzone project without SBSFU. The Trustzone project still work but then i can't use those 2 script to run the SBSFU-TrustZone project because the HDP2EN no egal to 0. I try to modify this option byte directly with STM32cubeProgrammer, it dosen't work. then i search the user manul and know that i need to modify the registe FLASH_SECWM2R2 and FLASH_SECHDPCR to reset the HDP2EN.I add this 2 line into my TrustZone project and place it in the main.c(GPIO_IOToggle_TrustZone_Secure/Application/User/main.c) but after i lauch the program, the HDP2EN is still egal to 1.So how can i reset the HDP2EN by setting these 2 registes? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am using an external crystal to generate the system clock for STM32L431CCT6.How can this be shared with the rest of the devices like interface controllers. The goal is to implement Quad-SPI interface. For the purpose CAN controller MCP2515-I/ML is selected with SPI interface. Thanks

I checked sd card contents and it got the required files with right permissions and formatting. I tried debugging and kStorage_OpenFileDrawPixel() used for checking the file and printing on LCD returns kstorage_ERROR_OPEN. This is demo project with nothing changed and sdcard contents were not modified. Any suggestions on this issuevoid kDemo_Initialization(void) { uint32_t pXSize;   /* Initialize the SD */ BSP_SD_Init(SD_INSTANCE);   /* Initialize the LCD */ BSP_LCD_Init(LCD_INSTANCE, LCD_ORIENTATION_LANDSCAPE); UTIL_LCD_SetFuncDriver(&LCD_Driver); /* SetFunc before setting device */ UTIL_LCD_SetDevice(0); /* SetDevice after funcDriver is set */     UTIL_LCD_Clear(UTIL_LCD_COLOR_WHITE);   /* Check if we return from standby */ if((PwrSBFlag & PWR_SR1_SBF) != 0x00u) { kWindow_Popup("Low Power", UTIL_LCD_COLOR_WHITE, UTIL_LCD_COLOR_ST_BLUE,\ "\nExit from Standby\n", UTIL_LCD_COLOR_ST_BLUE, UTIL_LCD_COLOR_WHITE ); /* Let time user to see infor

Hey, I'm having issues with my Nucleo Board.I'm using an STM32F410RB Nucleo board. I started a new project as usual. When I go to the reference manual and to the interrupt vector table, I see that the USART 1 and USART 2 are on positions 37 and 38, right after SPI (see attachment 1 - vector). But when I go to the startup .s file in the new project (see attachment 2 - stm) and scroll down to lines 184 and 185 where USART should be defined, the definitions for the USART 1 and USART 2 are not there, instead it is specified only as "reserved". Other Handlers also seem to be missing.I tried to create a new project several times, while updating STM32Cube to the newest version. The result was always the same.I tried to hook up my other board, an STM32F412G Discovery and repeated all the steps. It seemed to me everything is there and as it should be according to the datasheet vector table.Could anybody tell me why STM32Cube is not generating the correct .s file for the Nucleo, and how could I f

I'm trying to configure STM32CubeIDE an L476RG (with FreeRtos) to use a USB Host MSC fatfs and a device CDC (Vcom) . I am finding that it is not possible. The OTG setting just seems to put a dummy stub in an not much more. I can only configure USB host or device. Has anyone got around this limitation? Will the solution be having to merge host and device solutions in to one project and not use Cube to regen code any more?

Hi,I am currently working on a project that needs the support of the USB dual role functionality of STM32H75x controller. Is there any example that I can use as a base, or if there are any guidelines please direct them to me. More details,Individual USB Host and USB Device applications are working.USB device is uses CDC classThanks in advance. Chat

so this application that comes with the STM32CubeF7 MCU Firmware Package: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeF7/tree/master/Projects/STM32F769I_EVAL/Applications/LwIP/LwIP_StreamingServer is not working for meI've checked the main.c code and I found out that the BSP_CAMERA_Init() function is returning the status CAMERA_NOT_SUPPORTED, which I fail to realize whychecking that function the problem occurs on the s5k5cag_ReadID() function that's called which in turn calls CAMERA_IO_Read() which is returning something unexpectedI can't quite figure it out apart from that, so I want to ask if anyone has had a similar thing happen or knows what might be the problem herethanks in advance, much love

Before that I used STM32F030R8T6, there was no such problem. Tell me where I could be wrong?I am attaching screenshots of the organization of power supply and settings of the CubeMX

Hi All,I am working on the STM32F0 series for USB based application as Mass Storage Class and completed my initial testing on the NUCLEO-F767ZI board & POC's.Further I have done & completed my custom hardware development, but I have didn't connect external crystal(DNP) on custom board.Did I need to confirm that, external crystal is required in custom board developed to run the USB - Mass Storage Device ?Looking forward for responses. Thanks & RegardsSachin

Hello everybody!Have asked this as a comment in another thread (https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000BvkqIZSQY/inexplicably-slow-rtc?t=1622663635692), but decided to make a separate question in this group. So far I was able to run STM32H743 (rev V) with FreeRTOS, LWIP and TouchGFX. Now I was trying to get TouchGFX show RTC clock and I stuck. RTC is working precisely (both with FreeRTOS [in a separate task] and without FreeRTOS [in a main while loop] ) until TouchGFX is started. Tried different task priorities - without success.MCU is configured for LSE (BDCR->LSEON=1, BDCR->LSERDY=1, BDCR->RTCSRC=0x01 (LSE), BDCR->RTCEN=1 [BDCR=0x8103])LSE itself is exactly 32.768kHz (oscilloscope measured)But in my case setting LSE Drive to RCC_LSEDRIVE_MEDIUMHIGH (as well as any other value) does not help.Reading RTC time from separate task at 1000ms intervals (osDelay(1000) ) log shows double values about every 5 seconds:03.06.21 00:07:2003.06.21 00:07:2103.06.21 00:07:2203.06.21

Hi,I'm trying to swap the TX/RX pins of UART but I can't make it happen without the project configuration file that is not present in the Zigbee_SE_Msg_Server_Router project.I tried to change the pins in the 'hw_conf.h' file but that doesn't seem to change anything. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance!

Hey, I have a question about osDealy, my teacher gave me this code and I don't really understand how does ir wotk:void GreenTask(void *argument) { /* USER CODE BEGIN GreenTask */ uint8_t RunCount = 0; osStatus_t status; /* Infinite loop */ for(;;){ printf("GreenTask running\n"); HAL_GPIO_TogglePin(LD4_GPIO_Port, LD4_Pin); osDelay(1000); RunCount++; if(RunCount == 10) { printf("Deleting GreenTask\n"); HAL_GPIO_WritePin(LD4_GPIO_Port, LD4_Pin, GPIO_PIN_RESET); status = osThreadTerminate(myGreenTaskHandle); if(status != osOK) HAL_GPIO_WritePin(LD5_GPIO_Port, LD5_Pin, GPIO_PIN_SET); } } /* USER CODE END GreenTask */ }I understand that it lights green LED then waits for 1 s., then increases RunCount and repeats till counter has 10 then terminates this thread. The question I Have is with osDelay, it blocks this function for 1 s. then kernel runs another thread, when this one becomes READY and other ends scheduler should run GrennTask again, but since osDelay is in the middle of this threa

Can I leave INT pins (INT1 and INT2) unconnected for the LSM6DSO accelerometer and gyro sensor? In the "internal pin status" table It says that the INT2 pin is forced to connect to ground. I use neither INT1 nor INT2 in my project.Thank you,Batuhan

Hello,Our board is streaming accelerometer, gyrometer(lsm6dsox) and magnetometer(lis3mdl).It sleep and wake-up depends on accelerometer threshold.Usually data is streamed out well.But time to time, data is not updated from magetometer after wake up.In below picture, from -800 to -400, same value is read although sensor is shaken.After power reset at -400, sensor data is read well again.Since WHO_AM_I is checked every time after-wake up, I think SPI or sensor is okay.Below is register setting during initialization.void motion_init(void) { uint32_t err_code; uint8_t whoamI, rst; lsm6dsox_pin_conf_t val; lsm6dsox_pin_int2_route_t int2_route; lsm6dsox_pin_int1_route_t int1_route;   nrf_drv_spi_config_t twi_config_motions = NRF_DRV_SPI_DEFAULT_CONFIG; twi_config_motions.sck_pin = PIN_LSM_SPI_SCLK; twi_config_motions.mosi_pin = PIN_LSM_SPI_MOSI; twi_config_motions.miso_pin = PIN_LSM_SPI_MISO; //twi_config_motions.ss_pin = PIN_LSM_SPI_SS; twi_config_motions.frequency = NR
